Nigerian superstar Ruger, whose stage name is Michael Adebayo Olayinka, has discussed his use of a patch over his left eye.
In the film industry, arguments have been raised regarding Ruger’s usage of an eyepatch. Some believe the 24-year-old musician wears it because of an eye injury, while others believe it’s just his signature style.
The ‘Asiwaju’ crooner made it known during his interview with zero conditions podcast that he lost an eye.
The interviewers were shocked as they asked him again and he answered jokingly that he uses eyepatches because he lost an eye.
